Submit your short film to the open call for our collaboration with Shadow Kitchen on our summer 2026 collection’s shorts package.
Elibility requirements:
Films & videos about KARAOKE, MUSIC, JOY, CRINGE, LONGING, PERFORMANCE, and/or PUBLIC HUMILIATION
Total run times of 20 minutes & under
Submission between June 1st and July 1st
$10 submission fee to recognize the efforts & expertise of the SK & VSA curatorial teams! (No one turned away for lack of funds - DM shadow kitchen for a fee waiver if needed)
Selected films will be collected in our Summer 2026 shorts package & distributed in our library, plus launched at a party in Los Angeles in August - curation, partying, & singing done in concert with Shadow Kitchen.
